The band was formed somewhere between 2006 and 2007. The band went through some member changes and inactivity within the years. Janne Karppinen and Ismo Honkanen have remained as founding members until the beginning. In 2017 a new line-up was born when Ville Kangasharju, Jussi Kangasharju and Anni Helenius joined the band. Elvenscroll has been active until then.
